WelcomeWorks is a staffing agency created to place dependable, work-authorized immigrants in Colorado’s open job roles. In Colorado, there are ~190,000* open roles and employers are eager to find talent to fill these roles. Many are entry-level and are hard to fill.
WelcomeWorks focuses on placing immigrants in Colorado who are eligible for TPS status and work authorizations in open job roles with great companies across the state.

At WelcomeWorks, new immigrant placement is our specialty and focus. We work in a variety of industries with our temporary to permanent placement model.

Our initial focus is on immediate placements. We seek to support and de-risk the hiring of new arrivals for employers. Our model allows candidates to remain employees of Welcome Works for the average period of 3-6 months before transitioning to permanent placements within an employer group.
Our model focuses on employers who are seeking to hire multiple employees within a given department or team and we support these new workers with our cohort model of training, education, and ongoing support.
